Health and safety at work laws in the UK have now been in force for quite a while and whilst Jersey, Guernsey and the IOM have been slow to respond, it is soon to be law that an employer’s ensure that their employees have a safe working environment.

DSE Assessments will be another major requirement in Jersey and Guernsey, and in recent months several companies have been fined under health & Safety laws for not providing DSE Assessments.
