Our 24 x 7 software support operates in conjunction with our service desk and hardware support, providing telephone and onsite support with direct access to technical engineers for all products under contract.

Sigma Support offers various levels of hardware support depending on customer requirements and type of hardware, from office hours to a 24x7 basis. We have over 30 engineers and technical staff located throughout the Channel Islands and Isles of Man who can work in partnership with your Service Desk and your IT department to ensure all equipment is managed effectively. Once a call has been logged we will endeavour to return the piece of equipment back to service, within the agreed time frame.
