Software support & hardware maintenance services

Bureau services

Payroll

We can process your Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and UK payroll for weekly and/or monthly paid staff. The Sigma bureau service is a sophisticated, yet easy to use, payroll service. Due to the structure of the system and the on site training we provide, the system can be used by staff with very little payroll knowledge. More information Please contact me.

BACS

We currently process payroll payments, ledger payments and subscription collections by direct debit for numerous organisations in the Channel Islands. The service is subject to regular audit by Voca, the UK market leader in electronic payments. The assessment covers the technical competence and operational integrity of the bureaux in accordance with the requirements of the BACS approved bureaux scheme. Please contact me.

Document scanning and indexing

We provide a complete service for scanning and indexing all types of paper documents and files. The work can either be carried out off site in our offices, or on site where confidentiality and access to the documents is required. No job is too large or small, and we will deliver the scanned images and associated indexing metadata in any format ready to load onto your systems, or on stand alone indexed CDs/DVDs. Data preparation

We provide both traditional data preparation where data is manually captured from paper and electronic processes using sophisticated forms recognition software. Whether it is data conversion, preparation of data for new systems, or capture of information from mailshots or surveys we can design and implement a system to provide you with validated data.
